    摘要:

    为解决SJ-2G与SJ-2A胶膜搭配使用时,其对蜂窝夹层结构(板-板、板-芯)力学性能影响不明、工艺依据不足的问题,开展了SJ-2G胶膜的工艺粘接性能研究。以SJ -2A胶膜为对照,测试分析了不同胶膜组合方式的剥离强度、拉伸剪切强度及平拉强度。结果表明,在“薄铝面板/SJ-2A胶膜/SJ-2G胶膜/蜂窝夹芯或厚铝面板”的组合结构中,SJ-2G胶膜的综合粘接性能最优,能够满足复合材料制品的粘接工艺要求。

    Abstract:

    To address the unclear effects on the mechanical properties and the lack of technical justification when using the SJ-2G film adhesive in combination with the SJ-2A film adhesive in honeycomb sandwich structures(for both face-sheet-to-face-sheet and face-sheet-to-core bonding),a study was conducted to investigate the process-related bonding properties of the SJ-2G film adhesive.With SJ-2A film adhesive as the control,various adhesive configurations were evaluated in terms of peel strength, tensile shear strength, and flatwise tensile strength.The results show that the configuration“thin aluminum face-sheet/SJ-2A film adhesive/SJ-2G film adhesive/honeycomb core(or thick aluminum face-sheet)”exhibit the best overall bonding performance with SJ-2G film adhesive,fulfilling the process requirements for bonding composite material products.
