    摘要:

    采用化学镀和脉冲电镀在CFRP表面制备纳米晶镀层;通过对镀层X射线衍射结果的分析得到,该工艺下脉冲电镀得到的晶粒为纳米晶,其尺寸为50~53 nm,并随着电镀时间的增加缓慢增加,平均增大速率为1 nm/h;试件粗化、化学镀、电镀后表面粗糙度呈现减小的趋势。化学镀后,粗糙度由1.55减小至1.34 μm,脉冲电镀后,粗超度由1.34减小至0.96 μm。总体粗糙度值减小了36%。

    Abstract:

    In this study, electroless plating and pulsed electroplating were combined to prepare composite nano crystalline coating on the surface of CFRP composites. By the microstructure and X-ray diffraction analysis of the coating,the primary crystalline size is determine 50.6nm,and the crystalline grain size of the coating surface increases slowly with the increasing of the plating time, and the average increasing rate is 1μm per hour. By the measurement of the surface roughness, the value of Ra showes a 36% decreasing trend from initial machine coarsening to final pulsed electroplating. After chemical plating, the value of Ra is reduced from 1.55μm to 1.34μm, and after the pulse electroplating, the value of Ra is reduced from 1.34μm to 0.96μm.
